Well, this PAST tuesday we got basil, bok choy, tomatoes, radish, green pepper, acorn squash, arugula, flat greens of some kind?, sweet potatoes and…..I think that is it.
It has been a whirl wind week for me as I had my final on Monday, my dearest daughter has been very sick and my husband and son went out of town together.

Will you be updating this blog for this year’s CSA? I liked getting a preview (since my pickup day was Thursday, even if our stuff wasn’t identical, it gave me a good idea of what to expect and what recipes to explore.
Today I’m making tons of vegetable stock in preparation for our first pickup (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Worlds-Greatest-Vegetable-Broth/Detail.aspx) since I’m all out, and I like to turn excess vegetables into soup all the time.
